- Deposit must be paid to make an appointment. Deposit goes towards your appointment.
- Must contact me "BEFORE" your appointment time if you realize that you will be late.
- If you will be more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled.(EX: if you contact me 10 mins" PAST " your appointment time to tell me that you will be an "ADDITIONAL" 15 mins late) You will need to rebook. Deposit will not be refunded.
- "NO SHOW" would need to pay %50 of the missed appointment before they can book another appointment with me
- Please discuss with me if you are unsure what service to book under so there will be an" CLEAR" understanding of what is to be expected at the appointment.
- No extra guest allowed. I am located in a salon suite
- No walk ins
- I do not take out other stylist braids or sew ins
- I do not offer touch ups
- I do not carry cash for change
